Returns and refunds for purchases from Construction Material Specialists, LLC are governed by our Customer Return Policy, published at https://app.cmsmaterialsolutions.com/policies/return-policy.

In short: stock items in new, resellable condition may be returned within 90 days of purchase for credit after inspection; special-order items only with vendor approval and a restocking fee; purchases paid at the time of sale are refunded by the original method of payment.
